well presented and executed
Booking was easy, despite our account manager being overseas, and any questions I had were answered swiftly. I had to ask for the invoice to be resent without the course dates, though, which wasn't ideal - we'd agreed to work it that way but somewhere down the line at your end the communication didn't get through.
Location and facilities were ideal.
I thought the communciations and facilties were excellent. Nice food, great location for public transport access.

Found the material provided by ILX Group very good preparation for the Prince2 exam. In particular, I founds the exam simulations and quizzes excellent resources ahead of the exam.

Trainer Amanda was excellent but the venue could have been a lot better. The quality of catering was below average, chairs were very uncomfortable, room was draughty. Even more importantly, tables and chairs were set up such that they were blocking the only emergency exit in the room. A blatant disregard for participants and trainer's health & safety.
The lecturer was very informative and explained everything very well and took the necessary time with everyone that attended.
Great location, facilities and teacher. No problems with anything.
Billing was a bit of a nightmare. Course preparation materials were good when they arrived. Would have been nice to have thin multi-coloured post-it tabs for this particular course, instead of wide single coloured ones.
Organising the attendance of the course was very quick and simple.
